Are you looking to hit Tassie's great trail walks this year? You're keen as but don't know where to start?

Ascent Fitness' Trail Adventures Walking Program is just what you need!

The program is a graded series of walks to that steps up in length and intensity as your fitness increases. 

The group walks are located both locally and further afield. Check out the schedule of events!

On top of that, there are some fantastic public walking events coming up. Trail Adventures is a great way to prepare yourself for Point to Pinnacle, Mt Barrow Challenge and The Triple Top. In addition to the group waking sessions, there will be self-directed sessions for you to do in your own time to help get you ready for these great events!

Before all that happens, we start with a walk up Mt Arthur. This popular walk has a bit of everything: hill walking, a little bit of boulder hopping and, on a nice day, the views are amazing!

And the best bit - this walk is absolutely FREE. And there's no obligation to do Trail Adventures either. It's our way of getting to know people and for you to get to know John who will be guiding you through the Trail Adventures program!

At Trail Adventures you will enjoy getting fitter and trail ready right in your own backyard!
Who will be guiding me?
John Ralph is the owner of Ascent Fitness and has led walking fitness programs in urban, trail and mountain environments. Whether getting ready for distance walking events, pacing out some trail running routes, or just enjoying walking outdoors more, John has had great success in encouraging walkers to become fitter for life, more skilled for staying safe in the outdoors and more confident in writing the next adventure of their own.
What’s NOT in 
Trail Adventures?
We are walking in the outdoors, not getting ready for the Special Forces!

While your walking fitness will be extended, there are no extreme activities, such as rappelling or canyoning, and no military-style exercises.

But we’ll certainly take you places to test your walking fitness out!

Up Front Rate

The full Program Fee is $675

Option 2:
2 part payment plan

The full Program Fee is $700

Pay 50% Today and the remaining 50% is payable before session 6 on 15/10/21

What happens after I've registered?  

You will be added to a private Facebook Group which will help keep everyone informed. Once that is set up, all notifications and updates will come to you directly. If you don't have a Facebook account, we'll keep you up to date via text message to your phone.
