Ascent Fitness' Trail Adventures Walking Program is just what you need!
The program is a graded series of walks to that steps up in length and intensity as your fitness increases.
The group walks are located both locally and further afield. Check out the schedule of events!
On top of that, there are some fantastic public walking events coming up. Trail Adventures is a great way to prepare yourself for Point to Pinnacle, Mt Barrow Challenge and The Triple Top. In addition to the group waking sessions, there will be self-directed sessions for you to do in your own time to help get you ready for these great events!
Before all that happens, we start with a walk up Mt Arthur. This popular walk has a bit of everything: hill walking, a little bit of boulder hopping and, on a nice day, the views are amazing!
And the best bit - this walk is absolutely FREE. And there's no obligation to do Trail Adventures either. It's our way of getting to know people and for you to get to know John who will be guiding you through the Trail Adventures program!
